Application Analyst
Location: Remote

As an Application Analyst at Medsphere, you’ll get to:
- Act as escalation point for Customer Care team, related to technical or customer satisfaction-related cases
- Provide advanced workflow training, advanced clinical support, advanced troubleshooting, customer consultation and escalated support, where appropriate
- Provide customized and tailored services for new and existing customers
- Report defect/improvement cases to Product Management team after qualifying in NS
- Review and route escalated cases to appropriate teams using Case Transfer function
- Triage/assign new cases promptly using company CRM
- Update cases/development items daily
- Respond to customer calls, emails, cases promptly
- Collaborate and assist with customer success process, including customer follow-up, case resolution, development case reporting
- Assist implementation team with new client on-boarding
- Manage assigned training and add-on projects
- Serve as SME, where appropriate
- Maintain and administer internal Knowledgebase content
- Conduct internal communication in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic medical records software and/or healthcare billing software
- Knowledge of policies, practices, and issues of healthcare provider facilities from a clinical and/or billing perspective.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability of computer system software and components, (e.g., MS Office, Windows operating systems, etc.).
- Ability to learn new software applications and processes quickly
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate support and training
- Demonstrated ability to develop clear and presentable documentation
- Demonstrated ability to be detail/quality oriented and follow procedures.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if needed (less than 5%)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (required)
- Ability to establish priorities, work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
