Full Job Description

The Client Analyst works closely with Project Managers in setting up projects with correct bill rates, invoice templates and billing tables. The role will assist project managers in looking after the financially profitable projects and the final collection of invoices through our ERP software Ajera and you will become a power user of the platform in all financial aspects of projects.
How you will thrive in this role:
  • Strong execution, timeliness on tasks and excellent follow-up skills
  • Mid-level accounting knowledge, including revenue recognition and matching principle
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Growth mindset and very client focused
  • Be comfortable interacting and collaborating with PMs and clients
  • Very helpful to have good excel analysis skills – more experienced Client Analysts will be asked to run monthly project forecasts and basic models for accruals and remaining budgets based on worked hours
