Wise Panamerican Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to help us expand our client network and build lasting business relationships.
This is a remote position; however, we need candidates based in Austin or the Central Texas area to facilitate easier collaboration with our local team.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and developing effective sales strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, fostering partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with the Branch Manager and our Mexico team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in key markets.
What we’re looking for:
Candidates based in Central Texas, preferably in Austin
Proven track record in sales (required)
Background in selling services is a strong plus
Bilingual (English–Spanish) or fluent in Spanish preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, customer-focused, and driven to exceed goals
Ability to create compelling proposals and effectively communicate value propositions
What we offer:
Base salary: $2,500 per month
